The lessoned learned tonight was don't exercise your upper body at the gym before bowling. It took me 1.5 games to get my arm loose. It still ended up being a good night, despite the slow start. Check it out:

I had 8 strikes in a row the third game, and four in a row in the second. But more importantly, my team won four more games to start the season off with an 8-0 record. The guys bowled really good this week, despite being a man down and having to use the subtracted average!
